Training Session Terms & Conditions

1 Readiness and Equipment

By initiating the training protocol, the supervisor confirms that the employee is physically and mentally ready to undertake the assessment. The supervisor must ensure that all required audio-visual equipment (e.g., functioning headphones) is provided and properly configured.

2 Continuous Assessment Policy

Once a training module or assessment is initiated, it must be completed in a single continuous session. Pausing, exiting, or refreshing the page may result in the forfeiture of the session attempt and require administrative intervention to reset.

3 Data Recording and Privacy

Assessment scores, timestamps, and behavioral data are automatically logged and securely transmitted to the corporate Learning Management System (LMS). This data is strictly used for performance evaluation, internal auditing, and compliance tracking, in accordance with the corporate data privacy policy.

4 Integrity of Evaluation

Employees must complete the assessments independently. Any form of assistance, external aids, or interference during the assessment protocol is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of corporate compliance standards.
